Would you like to elevate your vibration and remove confusion or disorder between you and another?

Would you like to elevate your vibration and remove confusion or disorder between you and another? I have a quick, little exercise that you can do anywhere: I want you to send *love* to someone who bothers you. At first, this may not be easy, but you will feel freer every time you do it. When you send love to someone who you feel has wronged you, you are practicing unconditional love and compassion. In return, you will feel better and more empowered. When practicing unconditional love and compassion, you raise your own vibration.  When we raise our own vibration, we elevate the vibration of the planet as well. I don’t know of any better time to do this? Can you?

Man Standing Raise your Vibration2

I first wrote about this exercise back in January of 2019. You can re-visit it here: https://healriseupandascendwithamber.wordpress.com/2019/01/13/strengthen-your-emotional-power-with-this-quick-little-exercise/

Do you have a Mid-Day Routine??

Empaths are sponges and we pick up the energy from others everywhere. We pick up energy at work, at the store, at a stoplight, from each person we interact with, to what we watch on T.V. or listen to on the radio. The energy you pick up accumulates in your body throughout the day. Because of this, it is important to give yourself permission to pause, reset, and re-tune in the middle of the day. Your mid-day break doesn’t have to be a long one, or consist of anything that is too complex. Your break can be a short walk outside, a quick meditation, or even time with an animal or pet.

Empaths can Remove Accumulated Energy by Taking a Shower or a Bath

This is a tip that I learned as an Empath, but you don’t need to be an Empath in order to benefit from it. We all pick up energy throughout our day. Empaths are sponges and pick up the energy from others.  Empaths pick up energy at work, at the store, while sitting in traffic, as well as from each person you interact with, and even from what we watch on T.V. or listen to on the radio. The energy you pick up accumulates in your body and can lead to fatigue, physical aches and pains and even anxiety. A quick way to cleanse and get rid of this accumulated energy is to immerse yourself in water or to take a shower. (Of course a dip in the ocean or mineral spring is also nice, but not necessarily easily accessible to everyone.)

If you choose to take a bath, you may wish to add sea salt, Epsom salt, and/or essential oils to the water. If it is a shower that you prefer, you can visualize the water from the shower head being a gold or white light washing over your body. (I find this to be re-charging.) Then, as the water runs off your body you can visualize energy that isn’t yours, (or any energy that is negative) washing away down the drain. You can also ask out loud that “any energy that isn’t yours, or which is not serving your highest good, be washed away.” It is as simple as that.

What is an Empath and Are You One?

An Empath can feel and take on other people’s (both positive and negative) emotions, energy and, or, physical symptoms, and have an innate ability to intuitively feel and perceive others. Empaths are emotional sponges and have a higher sensitivity to outside stimuli such as sounds, crowds, and hectic environments. Empaths are gifted at reading body language and energy and have the intuitive gift of Clairempathy.

An Empath is similar to being an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person), however HSPs don’t absorb the thoughts and emotions of others and don’t get the same hunches that empaths do. Most empaths fall into the category of HSP, but not all HSPs are empaths.

It can be hard to navigate as an Empath in today’s world. Many empaths may experience things like panic attacks, depression and/or chronic fatigue. If not careful, they can binge on things like food, drugs or alcohol, and more likely than not, Empaths can exhibit many other physical symptoms that defy traditional diagnosis in the field of western medicine. When I first discovered that I was an Empath, I found it challenging to find information on the topic, as well as to connect with others who could assist me.

Supposedly only 1 to 2 percent of the population are Emapths and they bring a lot of heart and care to the world and feel things very deeply. It is important for an Empath to learn how to protect their own energy, how to re-charge, and how to practice self-care as they navigate in today’s world. Below are some Empath-related resources that I found to be helpful when I discovered that I was an Empath:
